This is our standard, daily prescribed workout in 95% of our classes. The WOD may include running, rowing, body weight exercise, weight lifting, plyometrics, Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics, and each day is a different challenging workout. We modify or scale the workout for each individual’s abilities. The only prerequisite is the CrossFit Fundamentals class explained below. All members of the gym MUST complete the Fundamentals classes before they can move on and join our normal class schedule. The WOD challenges athletes of any age, men and women, grandparents, engineers, teachers, you name it!
